HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

All packages are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours and provided with a tracking number via email.

In order to accomplish the incredible task of both domestic and international shipping, our products are shipped by air.
This allows us to reduce costs, and pass the savings along to you! Your order with us is 100% guaranteed and protected; as all packages include complimentary shipping insurance.
We use professional third-party shipping companies to delivery our packages. If your package is lost during the shipping process we will issue you a full refund.
HOW IS MY ORDER PROCESSED?
The Gravity Disc Team processes orders daily in order to ensure the fastest overall delivery possible.
All orders will be acknowledged by email upon successful shipping out of your parcel which typically takes 1-2 business days.
Please keep an eye out for your "shipping confirmation" notification, email or SMS, which will provide you with your complimentary tracking number.
Your tracking number can be input within the search bar on our "Track Order" page, providing you with ease of tracking, and peace of mind at all times.
Depending on your own personal email settings you may need to check your "spam/promotions" inbox for these.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Gravity Disc ships via an express line directly to the USA and most major Countries, however we do ship all over the world.
Our team uses a professional third-party logistics companies, and the majority of our products are housed in our US warehouses.
All orders will be able to be tracked within 1-2 days after purchase. International shipping companies update packages at their first official destination checkin.
WHY HASN'T MY TRACKING INFORMATION CHANGED?
It is completely normal for your products, once shipped, to take several days to move through transit, so don't worry if your package doesn't change location for extended periods of time!
This is completely normal, and part of the reason we are able to ship domestic and internationally at such a low rate passing the savings along to you!
We are working diligently to improve our shipping speeds, and greatly appreciate your patience as we improve and grow as a company!

Tracking Status Explanations
Pending: Your item has been packed and shipping information has been sent to the carrier. It could take 3-5 business days for the carrier to update the status of your order. Meanwhile, your order is on the way.
NOTE: if you see that your tracking information has been in pending for over 10 days, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we would be happy to assist you.
In Transit: Carrier has accepted or picked up the shipment from us. The shipment is on the way.
Out for Delivery: Carrier is about to deliver the shipment, or it is ready to pick up.
Exception: Custom hold, undelivered, returned shipment to the sender or any shipping exceptions. Please contact your local post office and provide them the tracking number to get further instructions, as we have done everything in our power up to this specific point.
Failed Attempt: Carrier attempted to deliver but failed, and usually leaves a notice and will try to deliver again. Please contact the local post office with the tracking number to arrange
Please realize that at this point we have successfully processed, packaged, and released possession of your product/s to the trusted international shipping company. This means we do not have the ability to change or cancel your order at this time.
Please contact the shipping company in possession of your package directly for questions regarding estimated delivery times. We do go out of our way to send our valued customer's complimentary automated tracking updates via email for your convenience, and will do our best to assist you personally if you can't figure it out on your own.
